Booking
- An enquiry is not a booking. A booking is confirmed when both sides agree in writing on the date, scope, fee, travel and payment terms.
- A date can be held for a short time while you get internal approvals. The hold lapses if it is not confirmed by the date agreed.
Fees and payment
Fees are quoted for each engagement. The payment schedule, taxes and invoicing details are set out in the written confirmation. Payments may be made by bank transfer or through a payment link.
Travel and stay
For events outside Hyderabad, travel, accommodation and local transport are arranged or reimbursed by the organiser, as agreed in the confirmation.
Preparation
- The organiser shares a brief: audience, format, timings, other speakers, language, AV and a contact on the day.
- Raghu tailors the session after a call with the organiser and shares any requirements in advance.
Content and materials
Raghu owns the content of his talks, slides and workshop materials. Organisers may share slides or notes with attendees for their own use. Materials may not be resold, republished or used to train others without permission.
Recording and publishing
Sessions may be recorded, streamed or published only if this is agreed in the confirmation. Raghu receives a copy or link, the recording credits him correctly, and edits do not change the meaning of what he said. Consent from attendees who appear in recordings is the organiser’s responsibility.
Promotion
Organisers may use Raghu’s name, an approved bio and photos from the press kit to promote the event. His name or image may not be used to imply that he endorses a sponsor, product or political position without his written consent.
Changes and cancellation
- If the organiser postpones or cancels, the fee and any non-refundable travel costs are handled as set out in the confirmation.
- If Raghu cannot attend because of illness or an emergency, he will tell you as soon as possible and offer a virtual session, a new date or a refund of any amount paid for the undelivered session.
- Neither side is responsible for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
Conduct and safety
Engagements take place in a respectful, safe environment. At events involving people under 18, the organiser is responsible for supervision and safeguarding, and for consent from parents or guardians for any photographs or recordings.
Advisory work
- Information shared in advisory work is kept confidential. A non-disclosure agreement can be signed on request.
- Advice is given in good faith; decisions remain the client’s. Advice is not legal or tax advice, and statutory filings are made by the client’s own professionals.
